      A high quality multivitamin if your diet is that terrible at the very least vitamin D and C

      They pretty much it no western person struggles with protein fat and carb macros but I am willing to bet they struggle with micronutrients

      vitamin C is extremely easy to get from fruit and veg
      bell peppers, oranges, broccoli etc.

      1. zinc. holy shit, energy and sex drive through the roof. 50mg daily. also for some strange reason if I do it before bed I get exceptionally good sleep.

      2. raw eggs. I drink 6~8 raw every day for breakfast, and chase it with a cup of coffee. Again, insane energy, muscle growth, sex drive... even cardio gains for some strange reason.

      the upper limit for daily zinc intake is 40mg
      copper and zinc compete for absorption, too much zinc = copper deficiency
      multivitamins and red meat also contain lots of zinc

      Post processing. Probably exposure or contrast levels, or even HDR was all fucked with in some auto-enhancer and viola, the majority or focus of the picture (usually the closest object or whatever is in the centre) is properly "developed" and fuck everything else to hell. In this case, it's especially bad.
