        He's changing it from what he said in that hes psychologically getting people to use weight so he does different methods of weight loss to prove they work. People have different ways of losing weight so rather than fighting the current of fats just refusing to lose weight he does a bunch of different stuff to get them to lose the weight. Hes talked about this in one of the latest vids

        No but it seems like his demeanor and how lean he can get plus his lifts make it seem like what "peak" would looks like for an average body(and only his body). Nothing as impressive as someone with good genes or on roids which should go without saying

    It's really not that bad. I'm on a cut and I take a little cup of sugar every day. It's sweet and boosts my energy.
    Also sometimes I get low blood sugar due to my extreme diet. Really helps with the clamy shaky feeling. Since I started taking sugar I had no shakes

          You get low blood sugar from eating too many carbs. Ever since I was a small child I had problems woth "low blood sugar". I would get shaky, weak, get headaches, etc. Sometimes I would even faint. My mom was convinced I had hypoglycemia. My diet was always 60-80% carbs. I eventually started doing a low-carb diet and fasting. Now I have 0 problems with "low blood sugar".

    the key is consistency. You simply cannot be consistent going from fasting, to keto, to binging on sweets, to whatever the frick else and expect to see results. These guys do these moronic things when they hit a plateau when the secret is consistency keep eating 2500 calories or whatever 200 grams of protein and lifting and doing cardio and you will see results doesn't matter who you are
