What the fuck

So, basically I've been on an calorie deficit for a week no and I'm gaining weight instead of losing it. Search online but every site pretty much acuses this on binge eating. Thing is I haven't binged even once. I'm at 1800 kcal from a 2600 BMR. I'm drinking around 1.5liters of water a day. The frick is happening?

Unless she's consuming what can only be described as a mountain of salt, it's not water weight. She's just vastly overestimating her TDEE.

That's a steep calorie drop. You should start slower, maybe reduce you intake by 300 at first.

A week is too short of a time frame. Measure your average weekly weight for a month and see if you're really not losing weight.

Look up the "Whoosh Effect" on Google. It's water weight that builds up during fat loss, making you look fatter than before even tough you're not. You will eventually piss it all out and then finally appear leaner. Then the process will start over again as you continue cutting. Rinse, repeat.

That picture isn't even accurate in calorie counts. An egg is 70 calories and a slice of bread is 80-100 plus they added more salad and shrimp

Post your diet for the last 2 days.
How do you measure your food?

One week is a very short time. Like the food could be stuck in you as shit.
I did OMAD for a week with a 1100kcal meal and didn't lose any weight during that week, but I didn't shit once either.

can only be a few things
    1. water weight - if youve eaten more carbs or salt than you usually do lately then youll retain more water - this isnt a problem
    2. you arent measuring your calories properly. weigh your food, always overestimate if youre unsure, always round calorie estimates up, make sure you include cooking oil, salad dressing etc in your counts.
    3. you have an enormous dump brewing - good luck

    >2600 BMR
    impossible, maybe you mean TDEE
you're probably just undercounting your intake

you shouldn't increase your protein on a bulk, dummy. 2g/kg is all you need year round. play with your carbs and get all the energy you need. dyor.

Avoid carbs and sugars during your cut. Keep a food journal and report back in 2-3 days and if I'm around I can try and help you better. But it just sounds like a "dirty" cut. Also try OMAD and/or other types of fasting regiments.

I think this is kind of normal, idk why this happens but people talk about this happening all the time. You've still made progress, you just have to give your body longer to shed the weight.

You should only weigh yourself first thing in the morning, after your morning piss. That will get you the most consistent reading.

Your body is the shape it is because of (I assume) the years you have been treating it. It will take more than a week to get your body used to the new situation. If you report back after two months then you can see what your body will look like with the new routine of diet and exercise. Stop expecting some magical effects from your changes, your body takes time to adapt. Also don't put yourself on a routine you hate because you are not going to stick with it

I lost 15 pounds in a month just from eating 0 to 1200 calories a day.

I ate complete dogshit too. Fast food and frozen meals, with microwaved canned vegetables to add bulk for low calories (green beans are my favorite. An entire can is only 70~ calories.)
