what the fuck can i eat for carbs and calories if i dont tolerate bread/wheat much? is it worth it to cook rice 3 times a day? i can't fucking gain weight.

          2 cups of rice is fucking nothing even hydrated. I absolutely can eat like 10 cups of rice a week. But I also walk 11 miles a day plus light lifting for 7 hours at work and still lift daily after that.

                I stock the refrigerated section of costco so I spend 7 hours and 11 miles a day at 34F moving hundreds of 30-40lb boxes and pulling 1200lb pallets. Then I go lift weights.

          I don't eat rice every day. It has 0 micros. I eat potatoes most days. I only eat it with asian food or curry. 1,400 calories A WEEK for carbs is just completely fucking retarded. 200 calories a day in carbs? You may as well fucking do keto. What are you 5'5 and 125lbs?

              I stopped eating oats a long time ago. I eat potatoes, carrots, squash. I will take the time to shred sweet potatoes, wash them, dry them, and make real hash browns if I want a carb with breakfast food. I was always unimpressed with oats.

    Oats, pasta, bananas.

    Also try adding more day to your diet if you're struggling to hit your calorie goals. You should be eating .3-.5g of fat per pound of bodyweight
