It's because you used to be a fatty. How old are you and when did you lose the weight? Some loose skin is unavoidable, and the remaining fat around your belly and chest is sagging because of it. Your back looks fine because you don't really store fat on your back until you become disgunstingly obese, so no loose skin, no saggy fat. You can cut down further until you remove some of the fat in the saggy areas, but it will take a while until the skin tightens up somewhat, so you'll be flabby. You can also just carefully bulk until you built more mass on your front. Also good job on the weightloss, you might be a bit gnarly looking for now, but that's fixable, the worst step is getting the fat off and you've done that

I am currently 17, lost weight in the past year, 8 months i guess. I have seen my skin tighten up wuite a bit in the last 2 months, but i dont have much muscle mass in the front so that + some loose skin may contribute to me looking like shit. I think a little bit of bulking and gaining some mass will tighten it up further

17 is a good age, I was a bit younger than you when I lost around the same amount of weight, most of your skin should recover (I still have a small flab of loose skin below my belly, but it's hardly noticable) and tighten up again, though the stretch marks are forever. Bulking up is good idea, your loose skin will tighten up either way and you put on some mass to prop your whole front up. Either way, good job anon ygmi

literally every single person looks like that and the answer is bodyfat distribution. you have to be really fricking fat to have a soft fat back. its kinda like calves, every single human on the planet has like 3-4% bodyfat in their calves regardless of their total bf%.

my back looked lean when i had 26% bodyfat and then i dropped 15kg of fat and it looked still the same meanwhile my front improved kilogram by kilogram.

I think you need to increase the weight instead. What's your rep/set and routine?

4x10 on most of the excercises

IMO, 4x10 is too much volume. Try doing a single working set. Are you allowing yourself days off for recovery?

Yes, you should bulk. Even if you retain most of your muscles, if you lose any more fat, you will look dyel.
    Bulk until 88-90, then cut.

I was thinking of bulk too but I'm kinda scared of bulking, being ex fat frick really fricks with the head but I will give it a try and bulk for couple of months

I know that problem. A little bulk might actually help a little with your confidence, just keep in mind that you managed to lose 30kgs, so losing another 5kg after bulk will be manageable.

you're fat. don't even think about bulking. keep cutting. you have a good back and no love handles, it's just that your fat repartition genetics store everything on your belly and breasts.
I have the same shit. Just keep fricking cutting

cut for too long, didn't see much changes except hands getting veiny and a bit more shredded arms and legs. I'm gonna bulk till i gain some considerable muscle mass

Do a recomp. Don't worry if it takes time, just allow your body to stay at this weight for a long time while building muscle and the bad parts will sort themselves out.

You still have manboobs and love handles even though your weight is perfectly fine. This could either be because of little muscle mass, but going from your photos is not that severe. The other option is that you still have that excess skin from when you were fat. Diet will help you a lot in this aspect. Look at what makes you bloat or what makes you store fat in these areas. Milk, bread or red meat might be the culprits, but everybody reacts differently to these things so experiment and ask around in your family what their bodies do not like.

I've tried different diets in the past 3-4 months but didn't see much change (tried to keep cals and marcos similar overall) so i don't think my body has some weird reaction to certain foods like milk etc. I'm just gonna bulk, I've been too hesitant and people have told me to bulk but i just kept looking for excuses. I didn't come this far to only come this far
