    I do this for both salmon and tuna canned.

    I either make a mac sauce or home made Tzatziki

    Mac Sauce
    - Mustard (yellow or ground)
    - No sugar Ketchup
    - Low fat mayo
    - fine chop pickles

    mix - add meat and then mix
    boom Mac Tuna Salad

    Tzatki
    - 0% fat greek yogurt
    - ton of dill chopped
    - chopped garlic
    - zest of lemon or lime
    - squeeze of lemon or lime
    - grated cucumber (take a box grater and use the second finest section and gate THEN very important, take it to the sink and struggle that shit like it's your dick after no nut November) Get all the water out and then mix

    Same thing. Mix canned food and boom. Done.

        I got you baby. Best thing fit can do is learn how to make these bland meals taste better. I think that Tzatki is heavily slept on specially with all those guys pushing greek yogurt as a god send.

        All about learning how to bend ingredients specially when pinching pennies.

        Hot sauce is cheap as frick and it help make a lot of things better and gets you to drink more water forcibly AND the added benefit of capsaicin boosting your metabolism.

        If you have an issue with salt then just pay attention to sodium content but other than that your gucci supreme my dude.

        Last thing. Spices are your friend....fit is afraid of them but trust me spices are your friend.

        P.S. Get the cucumbers that are in the plastics wrap if you want to deal with less seeds and draining.

      I was running low on food one day and didn't want to shop. Canned salmon and boxed macaroni and cheese experiment. It's actually pretty good. Even made a fancy version later with a dill havarti cheese sauce and smoked salmon.

    simple recipe:
    can of tuna + rice
    personally i like to mix it all together, but its optional

    not simple:
    tuna tomato sauce for pasta
    1 can of tuna
    1 can of tomato paste or chopped tomatoes
    1 clove of garlic
    some olive rounds
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tomato sauce can's worth of water
    put some olive oil in the pot, just enough to coat the bottom
    drop the onion and garlic in, cook in med/high until the onion starts to brown
    drop the rest in, make sure to smash the tuna well
    let it simmer at med heat until its at your desired thiccness (i like to do ~ an hours worth, but it totally depends on how watery you like your sauce)
    serve with whatever pasta you like (1 500g pack, makes 3-4 servings), personally i like farfales
    add parmesan to taste

    mind you, that second recipe is not exactly very bodybuilding friendly, too high on carbs and too low on protein, but it is pretty tasty

    push throught it. I fricking hate spinach, still eat it every day. Discomfort is part of everyday life, embrace it as much as possible, even small things as an unpleasant food will strenghten your tolerance for discomfort and make you tougher.
