He is mad because his "science based" training methods don't work, does he even lift? Never seen any actual fitness content from Shredded Sports Söyence

He obtained a useless degree and wasn't able to get a job so he went on youtube and targeted the lowest common denominator "fitness" influencers by providing exercise science 101 knowledge that you could obtain from Wikipedia and supplying studies that would not be able to replicate. "Evidence-based science" is his whole schtick, despite not working in a lab in his entire
      "career".

there's literally no difference between basedence and gym bro methods. maybe you would get bit better results from training muscles 2x instead of 1x per week, but that's about it. everything else depends on genetics

      >"science based" training methods don't work,
nice cherrypicking homosexual. there's that russian israelite manlet that's even bigger autists about science based training, and he's pretty fricking big. Science based training is 100% better than just doing random shit some 80iq gymcell made up while jacking off his pp

I hate "science based" fitness because the scope of fitness related studies are so small the results might as well mean nothing
        >Oh look we trains 20 guys for 3 months this way
        Means jackshit

i agree in principle, but still it's better than random shit some guy in the gym made up.

Usually I'd consider advice from guys that have been lifting for years and got the results to be more valuable

why? if bum told you not to spend all your money on hookers and blow, would you consider it bad finance advice?

Midwit homosexual, "random shit some guy in the gym did it" is literally how bodybuilders figured stuff out fricking decades ago. Do you think Arnold was reading fricking science papers, and receiving newsletters from Jeff Nippard? And israelite Palestine isn't doping anything different from what Grug brained gym bros were doing 50 years ago, because they saw a buddy do it at some muscle beach.

i hate internet fitness basedience. the most cringeworthy moronic pointless grift of them all
              >i need muh science papers and step by step instruction manual to lift muh weights

It’s worse than fricking useless when you look at the track record. Don’t bench below parallel, don’t squat below parallel, even moronic shit like arm accessories aren’t necessary. It’s fricking nonsense and goes in the face of what actually has worked for decades. Not ONE top bodybuilder has EVER followed this bullshit.

i agree in principle, but still it's better than random shit some guy in the gym made up.

Actually it’s unironically not. If you see a huge guy with good or even decent form you are unironically 1000000000000000000x better off following his advice than scientific research on training

Mike Israetel? I actually learned a lot from that schmarmy yid, he puts out good content.

This. Every single homosexual who pushes the science aspect is always insanely dyel. It's not a coincidence.

I don't understand how anyone can listen to him. He does the zoomer 'cut every sentence together so there's no 'downtime' between sentences, keeping the brain stimulated to the extreme. Also dude doesn't change his tone of voice once during his videos.
    TLDR
Shits out videos because it's his job

Trying to gain traction as a content creator in a sphere where the average IQ hovers around room temperature, comprehension ability is non existent and the value in everything you say depends entirely on your physique, meanwhile trying to use science, evidence-based info, but not too much so that your content could interest that fringe, smarter group of lifters that actually have to patience to listen to longer videos analysing multiple papers, but too much so that the average zoomer loses interest after 1 minute. Also, bashing fitness influencers is a pretty low hanging fruit, not impressive content.

It just really rubs me the wrong way when people get pseudointellectual about watching videos. If you were that smart you would read the papers yourself not get some DYEL to predigest them and give you the spark notes invariably influenced by his personal biases.

theres a few channels that's alright, but generally I agree with you
no, I dont have the time to read all that shit myself, knowing that the information that's in them is shit at best and inaccurate at worst.
