This man is a liar, OP. It not genetic or obliques. It's your hip flexor. You develop it by running and swimming, especially with fins. Using a cable machine or bands tied to your ankle and pulling your knee to your chest. Don't be the gay that never does cardio tho.

Largely genetic and depends on the shape of your bone structure underneath but it still doesn’t pop until your body fat is also low enough… which also is affected by genetic fat distribution.

The adonis belt has nothing to do with obliques. Which also isn't what a vtaper refers to.

It has everything to do with obliques because it is literally your obliques

It's not obliques. Those are the muscles flanking the abs directly below the seratus. The belt itself is the inguinal ligament

It's genetic. I once saw a guy who was frickin obese and he has one. Just depends on where your muscles insert and your fat sits. You could probably increase their size through oblique training.

    >Remembering this 10/10 girl in eighth grade who was all over me and used to feel my abs and say how much she loved that I had the "V" shape at the bottom.
    >Remembering the time she fell on top of me snowboarding and I should have kissed and instead I just laid there like a dead fish waiting for her to get up
    >Remembering that I waited 4 years from that point to even try and make a move on her and at that point she had been with her boyfriend for 2 years
    >Remembering that me making my move was basically asking when it was going to be my turn to date her

Like most things it's genetic. I have it at almost any bodyfat percentage, but have an extremely stubborn patch of fat around my lower abs. So I have like 2 abs visible and the V but look like I have a gut. Shits cursed. But take what you can get. It's all genetics, don't care about what you can't change and focus on what you can. Wagmi
