      Dude, I do those every single leg day. I think a lot of people shy away from them because you essentially flash your crotch to the entire gym, so the machines are always available but you really can feel it, usually on a delay. Like the next day I'll feel fine and then two days later my inner thighs are sore as frick. I think it's helped my pelvic thrust strength IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.

    this is the only machine i can't find a good homegym alternative for
    ever alternative fricking sucks and is just a hamstring stretch or hold, not a squeeze like hamstring curls

      I recently realized that if I just lunge backwards instead of forwards on barbell lunges, it gets my hamstrings pretty damn good. Hope this helps

        does not feel the same as the machine
        feels more like a hold than a squeeze

        Can't you try curling an elastic band stuck to the floor in some manner while lying on your bench?

          I think all bodywright "isolation" exercises share this problem, hard a the bottom easy at the top. You can probably use bands or something to balance out the resistance if you're strong enough

    Hamstring curls are one of the only exercises that truly contract your hamstrings in a manner to help them grow. Exercises like deadlifts and squats utilize your hamstrings, but you’re not really going to grow them unless you isolate them. Besides, if looking like a b***h is your biggest concern, this isn’t even that bad. The hip abductor machines are far more “female” exercises, I see plenty strong dudes use the leg curl. It works.

    Ive got a bench with a vertical steel tube at the end of it for a leg curl attachment. My question is are leg attachments the same size because I dont wanna spend £160 on a powertec one when theres cheaper makes out there
