      you're going to gain weight wether you like it or not probably so that's why it's so important you start now with lifting like right now so you can actually get a bit of muscle with all the food you're going to chow down

    You're not overweight man or malnourished or anything, just start working out, you can go to the gym or go with bodyweight stuff to get started, drink water, like 3 liters a day, if you don't already i suggest you learn how to cook your own food, stuff you make will almost always be better than shit you usually buy once you learn your stuff. good luck anon.

    why the FRICK would you gain weight? yeah if you put 50kg of lean muscle mass technically your bodyfat% would be alright but right now you are ~25% bodyfat. That is NOT a point where you START your bulk.

    Most important thing is to start lifting using some kind of reasonably good program, you could probably stand to lose a bit of weight but definitely don't cut without lifting during or you might end up fricked. I'd recommend doing a minor caloric deficit for a couple months or so while lifting and reassess once you've leaned out a bit
