        full fat yogurt and other real dairy products bro, cheese half and half and the like. I lost almost 100 pounds in 2 months 260 - 170 just fasting and making sure I ate dairy. itll unfuck ur gut real quick. good luck man

        Yes gut bacteria are very important for mood, no they are not why you have this pathological habit. You very clearly have an ED. Get help.
        If you refuse to get medical help, try changing your ways 1 thing at a time.

        Swap to water. Include fruit or veg in your binge.
        Try eating before you walk (lots of meat, fruit/veg, "good" carbs like rice lentils or potato) walk a different longer route, walking to a different shop, and using a shopping list of good foods to buy first. Check the receipt of how much that costs and ensuring you only have that much money available to you before you go shopping.

        Each little thing will build up to more excercise, less junk and make it easier to change your ways when you're feeling strong 1 day.
        It's not about the strong days or even the normie days, it's about not collapsing on the dogshit days.

        You need to build more good gut bacteria. You need to eat more fiber from plants (roughage) to achieve this. You could take a supplement but the best way would to just eat a diet full of fruits and veggies. You can still add in meat and cheese and stuff to make it all tasty but as long as the majority of what you eat is plants (cooked by you, not processed garbage) then you will begin to rebuild your gut bacteria. Take VSL #3 to boost the process. It is expensive, but much less expensive in the long run than all the food you eat or the health issues you will have from being fat. It is the only one proven to work in studies.

        its possible. take multiple (very important) different antibiotics until you develop severe diarrhea. at this point your gut is fried. now take 30 days of pro-biotics, eat healthy. gut reset. potentially very dangerous, be careful not to dehydrate. if you keep slopping during this dont bother

        You are looking for quick fixes. That's the problem, you didn't get to 400lbs overnight so stop trying to lose it that way.
        Eat proteins, carbs and fats, don't skip meals. Always have good food available at your house so that you don't get cravings. Track your calories but don't become too obsessed, it's okay if 2-3 days a month you go a bit overboard. Walk a bit. Hit the gym and get stronger. Sleep 8 hours. Leave time for yourself to enjoy whatever you enjoy. Look back in a year from now and see how long you've gone instead of yo-yoing.

        Ngmi don't even bother. I'm honestly impressed you can walk 2 miles straight at 400 lbs. Why would you want to stop the only healthy thing you do?

    I save like 60%+ of my salary, equating to many 10s of thousands of dollars a year, but i spend over a grand in coke zero. I stopped for a couple months once just to prove to myself that I could, but once i knew i could i just said fuck it and kept going.

    There's something i love about downing two of them every morning at work, and the ritual of going to the vending machine to grab two of them even though i could buy in bulk cheaper.

    Been having my dentist monitor from any issues but he says as long as im not sipping throughout the day and i'm rinsing with water i'm probably good.

    I'm going to do invisalign to fix some crowding though, i'll have to quit then.

    Why this blogpost? Idk, probably because i have some idea of that guys mental state with this small vice of mine.

      Had a similar thing but with Pepsi Max. I downed 1.5-2L in the morning. Was very addicting. Only stopped because too much volume and pee a lot after it

    hooooly christ i used to have this problem

    the solution is just to stop thinking compulsively. or allow your mind to be compulsive about other shit instead, which can be very hard because it could require a large lifestyle adjustment. significantly busier schedule, something like that.
    ive found that i have a pretty damn good work ethic in stressful situations because of that natural compulsiveness and sense of stress and restless unease when something isnt "done".

    it also has a lot to do with comfort and overreliance on it or oversensitivity to it. that doesnt have a practical solution, only through consciously thinking through your deep psyche.

    basically i dealt with this really badly from the ages of 19-23. only consciously realized it as a problem at 21, and now at almost 25 i genuinely think im finally fucking cured. all it took was wasting my youth.
