11pm-12am wake up at 8pm though so it's at most 4 hours into the day. Need about 12 hours to have it all out of my system so I can sleep when I'm cutting. Otherwise I'll just drink it whenever.

Not interested in arguing with people on the internet anymore. This conversation comes up every 2 months and it's always the same. People just rush to snippets online that they think proves their point. If you're an actual consistent coffee drinker, just try not having any for two weeks. You'll go through withdrawal.

I've tried explaining it and she just fricking shouts over me.

Not trying to be a dick but it's just a socially acceptable addiction

coffee with sugar and milk alongside a meal is good for you and prevents many diseases, your body starts using caffeine more efficiently and caffeine withdrawal doesn't exist, people will their meme "withdrawals" into existence because they are trying to quit a habit, not a chemical dependency. i often go from drinking solely energy drinks and coffee throughout the day for a week to quitting cold turkey with no repercussion

        >your body starts using caffeine more efficiently and caffeine withdrawal doesn't exist,
bro what? there are hundreds of studies that have established caffeine withdrawal. its not even new information, this has been known for a long long time
        2 second google search:
        https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5445139/

99% of caffeine "withdrawal" is just normies being moronic and being out of their element from quitting a habit, and noticing the now absent effects of the benefits coffee provides
        >omg if you guzzle 700g caffeine worth of black coffee eating grains on your cancerous office job then you're going to sleep bad according to this study!
caffeine """""""withdrawal""""""" is basically a mild tension in the head for 1-2 days.
now look up the studies on coffee's benefits
caffeine's "bad effects" are also affected by food and sugar, and again your adaptation to it, there are people who are "caffeine addicts" and sleep like a baby at a perfect schedule every night.

im not the other anons, i drink coffee myself and i agree with its benefits. but its just straight up false to say it does not have withdrawal because it does. the withdrawals can be mild yep, mine are so mild i dont even notice them, but there are people out there that will get terrible migraines even on a moderate dose of coffee a day

Source : Some gay who doesn't know how to take basic care of themselves and drinks energy drinks.

Caffeine withdrawal being mild isn't the same as it saying it doesn't exist.

Of course caffeine withdrawals are mild. It's not cocaine you fricking idiot. That doesn't mean it's not a withdrawal. Your body goes through withdrawal because it builds a physical dependency on caffeine and suddenly it can't get any. In most cases that looks like headaches.

That's not what they're saying at all you fricking moron.

Do you not believe heroin addiction is a thing? This is basic knowledge required to function in the adult world.

Some foreign substances have properties that make people physically dependent on them. Not "psychologically addictive" or whatever. Your body will actually rely on that substance because it thinks it needs it. When it's gone, your body goes through a physiological response because it thinks it needs it. That's why alcoholics can die in withdrawal.

caffeine has great effects on hormones, cognition, energy, many mental issues like depression, it has great effects on people with autism etc. it goes on and on, the "withdrawal" is about as much of a withdrawal as quitting any other longtime habit, its basically non-existent its just a psychological thing, a mild inconvenience, the fact its even added to the DSM-5 is hilarious.
there is no real dependency besides that, people just notice the absence of its benefits when they stop taking it and manifest their homosexual "withdrawal" into existence by believing CAFFEINE IS A LE *DRUG* WE ARE ALL *ADDICTED*, its serotonin deficiency-tier stupidity.

There is no argument. You just don't understand the basics of how brains work.

Your response to everybody is basically "nuh-uh" and "u use paragraphs so ur argument is invalid"

It's just no point in discussing it. You'll be punished by your stupidity when you have health issues from habitually drinking energy drinks.
