      split squat, reverse lunges, cossack squats, lots of hamstring stretches so you don't feel as much like you're going to fall over all the time. What ever feels the worst after squat day if it's not your quads work it a lot in isolation a bit. Lower body balance exercise in general are probably going to help in the long term.

      take all the plates and leg press or make your second leg day of the week a leg press day.
