What type of protein powder should I get

I've been losing a 1lbs a day for the last week unintentionally. I don't want something that has too much sugar

Best deal I could find was 3lb of Quest protein powder on amazon. Had a 25% off coupon with subscribe and save, which I immediately cancelled after buying. Peanut butter flavor is really good, but all of them are fine. Quest is a mix of whey isolate and casein so it gets real thick and allegedly absorbs more slowly so you feel fuller longer.

I guess. I'm trying to get easy calories at this point
Can't do milk because that's expensive here. But can do eggs and rice, beans. Not much for potatoes but there is plantain, just never cooked it before

Chicken: have to clean it, season it, prepare it, cook it, eat it, clean everything after
Whey: chug it down in 15 seconds and get back to lifting

Black folk wash their chicken with soap and bleach before they cook it. They think it gets rid of the bacteria so they don’t get sick eating it. They have figured out how to make fire but not what it’s actually for yet.

aldis has some cheap ass protein powder. but its 15 grams per scoop. 30 grams for two scoops. i got it, its okay but it has creatine in it and needs two scoops for 30 grams of protein. but its like 14 USD. its usually on one of the end caps. just look around for that shit. its in there

but i just mix one scoop with a glass of milk. so thats 23 grams of protein and i usually eat something with it

    30 g of protein / cup ( 1 cup has 35 g)

I never took supplements seriously before and never saw big results.

Now I take 3 cups/day, 90g of protein, to he sure that I get at least 150 g daily no matter what I eat.

3 kg per month of this shit costs me 57 dollars + 25 dollars gym membership, 15% of my monthly salary.

This is the first month I take powder, and I started training 2.5 months ago, went on a cut the second month where I lost 9 kg, now I build nice muscle.

Gym 3 times a week, Stronglifts 5x5 where I add pull-ups and chin-ups, ab crunches and leg raises, (these 2 I do at home) and some shoulder healing exercises

90g daily protein for 57 dollar a month is INCREDIBLY cheap.
90g worth of ground beef costs +5€ for me. So that 57 dollars would get me only ~11 days of worth protein from meat. Frick yeah I prefer eating meat but protein powder is 3x cheaper per gram of protein.

People always keep telling that protein powder is expensive but it really isn't. It's much cheaper than food. That said I don't buy powders because I'm not poor and I eat real food.

They say its expensive cause you have to purchase it in 75 dollar chunks for a big container. But averaging the cost out on a grams of protein per dollar spent a day versus other sources shows that whey is extremely cost effective. It's just brainless falling for short sighted "profit"

        >90g worth of ground beef costs +5€ for me
There's 30g protein in about 4oz of 80/20 ground beef, which is 5$ a lb
Food costs must be outrageous in yuropistan
