When you work out hard on steroids you will look like a complete freak. Instead with only a basic work out routine 2-3 times a week you will surpass any natty with ease.
Dips and pull-ups work multiple muscles all at once ( biceps, triceps, back, chest , shoulders ). Do both of these one after the other to failure and that’s more than a substantial upper body workout

Shawn and Hall played sports when they were younger, that shit doesn't leave if you keep a decent workout going.
