really? In his legs/squat? THat is interesting, why?

Iirc he said it was because he wanted to be a basketball player and that it didn't work out. Doing the squat every day thing was a way he could dedicate himself to a physical pursuit in a way that could mean something. It was all for the mental and spiritual

his knees are fine. he's been squatting three years and says he has no problems in his knees. if his knees were going to get fricked up by this it would have already happened. the knee shit is just propaganda.

but no one is attempting to squat everyday. this is a moronic endeavor. dedicating himself to his body and taking healthy amounts of recover days is the more intelligent and sensible approach. imagine if you failed to be whatever you wanted to be in school so you went out and attempted to run a marathon everyday for three years

He also is suffering from Adrenal Insufficiencies because of his hard pushing and lack of sleep for that long. It’s the only thing he takes medication for supposedly.

idk about him specifically, but in general your body can adapt and produce more adrenalin to cope with all the cortisol from squatting everyday or whatever hard thing you are doing constantly.

moronation for ignoring rest and recovery
Even programs like Smolov only have you squat like four or five times a week at most and that's for a good reason

it's a thing some olympic weightlifters do or did. bulgarians in the 80's use to do it but with lots of drugs. I think that new bulgarian lifter Karlos Nasar said he squats 6 days per week. the idea being that heavy squats should be a normal everyday thing. and that having the work capacity to squat 250kg 7 days per week is more important than being able to squat 300kg once per week. and then like 10 years ago John Broz starting preaching it and having his young lifters train like that and it became a trend. he says that will be run down and feel beat all the time and your lifts will go down, but eventually you will adapt and start hitting constant prs, although you will still feel like shit even while setting prs. most of his lifters were on drugs though. pat mendes did squat 800 raw highbar at 18 training like that though.

He could also dedicate to digging a hole in the ground and putting it back in every day.

Come to think of it that would probably be better, at least he'd have some upper body gains.
