          Ugly bastard is a nice guy. He gets sent to a fantasy world full of beautiful people. They mistake him for an orc because of how ugly he is. He goes around pretending like he’s the main character in a 90’s Sony game and doing hero shit. He saved this woman and her children and is trying to check on them but they’re terrifying he’s gonna rape their mom but the mom just gives in with a look of defeat. The boys beat him with a stone to save their mother. He had no ill intentions. He is severely autistic.

        Diet. Keeping electrolyte intake on point. Mag/Zinc supplements and a lot of potatoes/bananas for potassium.

    I have two.
    Using actual programming instead of just hitting the gym with the same routine round the year.

    Focusing on intensity at least once every 3rd mesocycle. I found out I grow much much easier with intensity focused training than getting most of my volume with sets in the 8-10 rep range. Even with less volume per week the results were better. Which is basically contrary to most modern approaches but you'll never know until you try.

        yes, usually more sets too but less overall volume.

    I can eat at sedentary maintenance, and walk my calories away. I have the time to for hours though, but I never have to endure starvation. 1.5lb per week ez mode. Oh and never go above 15% and you'll never have to cut for more than 6-8 weeks ever again.

    actually tracking your calories. yes it's a bitch but when I did I finally got my 6 pack. It becomes a habit though and is good to look on years back at your entries at how disciplined you are. 🙂
