Curious on what yalls motivation to start getting IST
Mine was picrel, found this jacket at academy on sale and my gf always told me she likes dudes in those types of jackets, tried on a size small and she said it looks to big/baggy on the arms. Plus I could see a some lower stomach flab. That next day I asked someone to put together a diet and exercise plan for me. It's been a month in and there have definitely been battles waking up and going to the gym. Some days I want to just stay in bed and sleep. Some days my diet has been complete shit, either overeating or not enough. I have made some progress but still a long ways to go.
