1. Upper chest is way harder to grow
2. Upper chest exercise still hit the main pec
3. Upper chest brings way more aesthetic gains
Idk about only upper chest, but recently I've started doing weighted dips and incline barbell bench press in substitute for bench press. Notice that my chest and my triceps have been growing lately.

emg data shows a 30 degree incline hits the upper chest the most, after that the load shifts towards your delts. So no ohp is not better.

case by case basis, emg can be good and bad. Why is this study wrong?
it's not case by case, the literal application of the sensors can vary results, experience with the movement varies activation, etc etc. it's like using body capacitance to measure fat% and lbm. a priori flawed, completely useless.

I often fail one triceps before the other and lose balance in a bench when doing barbell/dumbbell work, even on a bench I often lose balance but all is well because it's a bench. Imagine doing this shit or going to failure in any exercise on these shits, you're just asking for shit to happen
