    Nothing. It's all about macros. Peanut butter is a great source of protein. A jar a week isn't even very much you could easily eat a jar every day or every other day while bulking.

        Correct, it's a fat source. It's a pretty good fat and it DOES have some protein but there are much better protein sources.

              Exactly, that's why I'm exclusively an Adam's man. It has two ingredients: peanuts and salt. If you find mixing the oil annoying you're simply eating peanut butter too often.

    I guess I've been JAW for decades. You just get older, but your clothes still fit. I love peanut butter. You know who doesn't love peanut butter? All the lardasses, binge dieters, couch potatoes, that unironically ask me why I eat it when it's full of fat. All the people I know that eat a lot of peanut butter are thin without exercise, or are fit.

    I did two jars a week (~700 cals/day iirc) for an 18 day hike. I'm not saying it was the peanut butter but I felt way more satiated than everyone else.

    Does pb2 count? I always mix that shit with my chocolate flavored protien powder to make a delicious chocolate peanut butter flavored shake and I easily go through 1 jar a week doing it plus pb2 has all the protein of peanut butter but 80% less fat and sugar so its a win win
