One or two years, if you trained consistently and didn't do any big or frequent bulks or cuts. Your strength level is mid- to late-intermediate for your body weight.

Will be 5 months on the 20th but I did train for 6 months back in 2019 but it was pretty half assed.

    OHP: 50kg, though I've ever done a 1rm cause im a coward
    Bench: 90kg
    Squat: 130kg
    Deadlift: 165kg
I'm pretty insecure about my lifts even though I don't actually do the big four very often, bench and OHP cause I have a fricked shoulder, and squat and deadlift cause I'm still recovering from a broken leg I got from over training.
Bit shit since I was doing pretty well on increasing my lifts and thought I'd hit 180kg deadlift in a month if I hadn't injured myself.
Lifting on and off for about a year and a bit now.

      >broken leg I got from over training
      How is that possible?

      Also, what's your body weight?

body weight was 95kg at my heaviest, and it wasn't from weight lifting it was from running. I used to run a lot but stopped a few years ago, and then after not running properly for years I got on a kick and was running 5-10km a day until my leg broke.
I didn't break it during a run, but the stress was cumulative so one day when I jumped off that leg onto a ledge there was a crack and I was instantly like "yeah I've just fricking broken it".

I have never done a 1RM. I do 5 rep sets and increase the reps until I reach 12 of a weight, and then increase the weight until I can only do 5 again.

    Estimated one rep maxes;
    Bench: 77.5kg
    Deadlift: 112.5kg
Zercher: 95.6kg (never done back squat)
5’7 180lbs fat. How bad is it?

Would you say it’s bad progress for approximately 7 months? With the deadlift and Zercher I’ve been doing longer than the bench, currently working from home too so can’t really raise the weight of the deadlift unfortunately

you're fine, ignore that homosexual. Keep going bro
I remember barely being able to manage a 40kg bench years ago and now I can Bench 110kg for reps

          >Would you say it’s bad progress for approximately 7 months?
I'd expect those lifts from someone who's never been to a gym, unless you're a woman. After 7 months, you should be well into the "intermediate" range on these charts:

          >https://strengthlevel.com/strength-standards/deadlift
          >https://strengthlevel.com/strength-standards/zercher-squat

          If you listen to this

body positive fgt, you're going to stay mediocre or progress way more slowly than you should. You need to improve your program, push the weights harder, or get your hormones checked. Keep going, but in a way that works, geez.

    Bench:115kg
    Squat:145kg
    Deadlift: idk

Need to work on my squat more really, 79kg aiming for x2 BW

Never done a 1 rep max

    BW: 100kg
    B: 100kg x 5
    OHP: 55 x 3
    S: 80kg x 4
    DL: 110kg x6

Been training for about 4 months. After about 2 week I got hit by a car and had to take a month off as I couldn't get to the gym. For an additional 6 weeks I couldn't put much weight on it which is why my squat and dl are poor. These are my working sets.
I found my 5 rep max and then do it until I can do 10 reps then add weight until I can only do 5 reps

I can't understand how people can have such a weak bench. I did 75 for 8 on my first day
