    Men (platonically speaking)
Lift for You, for Christ, your father, brothers, sons and friends. Your lineage depends on it.
Honor is a male abstraction, you must lift for mankind.

I was lifting to strike fear in a ex friend, but silly me... This motherfricker does not go outside without me. Lol, but good thing I'm not angry anymore and still lifting and he probably is fat as frick now (he already was, and getting worse since the last time I saw him), since he depended on me to go on long walks.

I'm doing the same thing bro, I wanna strike fear on my ex gymbro, dude just said "I don't wanna go to the gym with you anymore" because he thought I was messing with his girl

But you was messing with his girl, weren't you? Kek jk

The next power move is to reach out to your ex-friend and pull him out of his fatty ways.
Forgiving and teaching him will be the ultimate way to assert yourself as superior.

Nah, frick him. He practiced martial arts with me, he knows how to properly train and has kettlebells at home, he chooses to be like that, no excuses for him other than being one lazy and undisciplined frick. Plus, he wasted a lot of my time by not doing his part/giving up on projects we made to make money. He also threw shade at me, both directly and indirectly, like a little b***h while I only showed loved and respect for him. I don't want him in my life no more. I forgive him, but I'll never forget.

When I invited her to the gym, yeah. We would go there and get flirty but my friend didn't said anything. After I noticed the schizo she really is, I stopped but then he got mad for some reason. Maybe she snitched.

Here's my philosophy there is nothing wrong with a bad motivation if I actually helped you achieve that goal. You should have pure motives and you are a better person if your motives are pure. Improving your health, better sleep, longevity of life are why should do it. If getting in that tight asian pussy is what got you in shape. I don't have a problem with it.

I lift so I can lift more.

Call me stupid, but there's nothing inherently wrong with lifting for women. If you're goal is to look better or stop being a fat frick so you have more of a chance with girls then that's not unrealistic. It's only dumb if you think that your body will actually attract girls across the room or if you expect to get far with just being hotter as a motivation. Girls aren't going to approach you just because you're fit and there's only so long you can care about something so shallow.
I'd say lifting for fighting is moronic unless you're also training for some kind of combat. Building technique is way more important for combat than raw strength unless you're some kind of skeleton.
