All abs are meme exercises. They get worked enough and harder through heavy compounds. A good set of squats and DL will work your abs harder than some wheel or crunch or leg raise will
>this is what powershitters actually believe
Post abs
I don't have any because I fell for the "squats, deadlifts and OHP are enough for abs" meme
No you don't have any because you're fat
this, for real. People who have to TRY to get abs will never have them. I had an 8 pack from just running I can't believe people try to isolate these shits.
I dont give a flying frick about having abs like the posters of shirtless men you have in your room. I just want a stronger core so i quit such horrendous and degenerative back and spine issues.
You mother frickers assume so much. Unironically kys
then row
kys you coping fat Black person
Projection. Post gut, tubby. Go ahead post your gut.
leg raises
decline bench sit-ups
ab vacuums

it's just not in the card for some people.
Where's the 8 pack auschwitz bro?
This meme needs to die
Chaos as well
Even if you're baiting, this isn't funny, imagine if someone actually skips working abs because of you anon, don't you feel bad?
This guy has the most chad face I’ve ever seen
Morrissey pretty much has the same face and he's such a huge gay he transcends even being gay he's asexual.
Dragonflags
hanging leg raises
weighted crunches
Planks
do not listen to this man
we found him gents!
Hanging leg raises( do them from the top of a pullup position) and leg raises. Really the key is you have to engage your abs and butt during the exercise, they really should be butt raises not leg raises, focus on elvating your butt. Also I don't know what it's called, some form of crunch, but stick your legs on the air at 90 while on your back, keep your legs as still as possible, and move your chest arms upwards and try and touch your feet
>that feel when legs too long so impossible to do these at home
Manlets don't even know what kind of advantage they have. I have to go all the way to the park to get do proper leg lifts.
your pullup bar has the neutral grip handles right?
Just put your arms around them and grab the wrist of the opposite arm as long as you're locked like that it doesn't even take much strength to hold there.
It's the most basic version. Grip becomes really messy when I try it.
they make these dumb shits for them they're like $60 though
Still gonna be something like this.
Since getting some decent progress on pullups I feel like limited range of motion cuts your gains in half.
i'm 6'5" and i had the same issue you have. what i ended up doing was getting 3 large pieces of wood and a metal pipe from home depot and i built a makeshift pull up bar in my backyard, making sure it was tall enough to where i have to jump up to grab it
this also allows me to put a dumbbell between my ankles and curl it for my hamstrings
Do supplementary stuff like swimming and boxing and you'll be fine, really.
it's mostly nutrition
did you try 500 kcal per day ?
Leg raises and decline sit-ups. For sit ups wear a lifting belt to keep your back straight and get better ab compression.
based.
just remember to progress with weight and keep the reps high quality
ab wheel
Hanging leg raises, weighted crunches, but if you spend more than 5 mins on doing ab exercises youre wasting your time
Crunches are top of the shelf ab exercises
rotation around the z axis of your body (hips to shoulders, shoulders to hips) like punching up or down at someone standing on your side with your opposite arm
like playing golf
mopping floors
Hanging knee raises 3 sets to failure.
Cable crunches, the same.
Is a rowing machine good for abs?
I'm limited at my free gym.
Rowing machines aren't good for any muscle. It's a cardio machine.
Abs work like any other muscle. Do resistance training 8-12 reps and they will grow. Ab crunch machine is great if you use it correctly. I.e. slow eccentric, pause at full contraction and extension, and heavy weight.
bad form on the pic lol
don't grip the handles, just hold against them with an open hand so you'll push less with your hands
True, though it doesn't really matter as long as your abs are under tension and being trained near failure. I prefer the machines with the handles cause you can cheat out a couple extra reps, but I usually do drop sets on the ab machine so I'm going to 100% failure.
>Hang leg raise

how do i do this without hurting my lower back?
serious question im new to lifting and i keep hurting myself so i have to take time off. it really sucks being a weakling bros
Sounds like weak spinal erectors. Be very careful about any movements that require you to keep your spine neutral like russian twists, dead lifts, squats, etc. Do some (careful and controlled) back hyperextensions and higher rep, lower weight dead lifts.
i have slight scoliosis so i think that's plays a part
i looked on youtube for some deadlifting tutorials but there's like a million different channels. do you recommend anyone in particular?
thank you, i want to get stronger but i also don't want to snap my shit up
This video seems appropriate for you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQgFixeXdZo
Start very light and higher reps (8-16).
thanks a lot bro. i'm very inflexible since i have been such a lazy ass sitting around all day. i'm hoping that this will also help with being more flexible
pure meme, but it's my favorite – unilateral weighted sit ups (basically the first part of a turkish get up)

I look better than you
It's ok to dream
absolute goal fizeek
good job on losing all that fat bro.
what's the plan with your loose skin? you plan on getting surgery or anything? you already have good muscle mass and low bodyfat, but the loose skin is holding you back (for aesthetics)
always nice to see a former fatty turn it around
That's not skin it's gyno it's breast tissue I don't have loose skin
Hit post too fast but yes I do have to get surgery for it to go away.
im referring to the bit of skin that you're holding below your belly button. is that not loose skin from being (formerly) fat?
nice quads btw
Oh no that's literally fat I still have a bit more to lose like 10lbs
