            I mean the only bad thing about waffles is that the gluten can upset the stomach.
            I've seen people make pancakes with dried milk instead of flour so that might be worth a try.
            Other than that, the milk, eggs, butter and sugar are all pretty healthy, especially if you like training hard and you're not a twink with orthorexia

        it's ok, its better to eat whole foods for protein but at aa certain point its easier to drink shakes and they are more portable.

    Most people don't like it but my breakfast is 3 whole eggs + 2 egg whites (all fried) with a can of sardines and some spinach or lettuce and maybe some roasted capsicum or dried tomato.
    39g protein and 25g fat (with the specific can of sardines I eat.

    I have been thinking recently though, maybe I should be having some carbs with breakfast cause it makes sense that having faster release energy in the morning would be better for me. This is what I do to reach my protein goals though.
