    >3 days Full Body + UpperLower
    >4 days a week Full Body x2 + UpperLower
    >4 days PPL + Full Body

    You can also increase the frequency
    >4-5 days Full body x4-5
    >6 days a week UpperLowerx3

    You can also add an extra arms day to make Upper Lower a 5 days split
    >5 days Upper Lower x2 + Arms

    There's also Arnold's Torso-Arms-Legs split which can replace and stand in for PPL in any of the mentioned split
    >4 days TAL + Full Body
    >5 days TAL + UpperLower
    >6 days TAL TAL

    ANY. OF. THEM. WORKS. (except brosplit. frick that roidtroony shit) The question is simply how much time and resource you have and how much volume and frequency you can recover from.

    I just switched from 6x per week PPL to 3x week PPL because I felt like I wasn't recovering well enough. Took the Kinobody/Mentzer pill out of curiosity for more rest. So far my numbers have already shot back up in just a week. Will update if things continue to go this way.

    As a natty myself, I think 3 or 4 days per week is the sweet spot, as far as being able to maximize intensity each session and then recover for the next one. You should get good results from any of the programs that you listed, although if you do full body or upper lower, you will probably want to have at least one day per week where you do direct arm work first (assuming that you want to maximize hypertrophy).

    Move down to 2x a week FB with deload weeks as needed (1 week where you lift half your usual weight)

    Full body compound free weights, 4-6 reps per set, 2-3 sets per exercise

    I like ULxULx with two slightly altered variants of each day (ie Upper 1/2 and Lower 1/2).

    Allows me to do my favorite exercises more frequently which makes things more fun. I also find hitting legs twice a week is crucial for my squats not feeling like shit.

    I will say I never have time to go to the gym 6x a week. I don’t think PPL works well for most people, because you would have to go 6 days a week just to get to a normal weekly volume.
