      This lol, post recipe OP

400g 20% beef, sear it with salt and pepper in a cast iron skillet until crispy and brown, add 1 large onion diced, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, generic mexican spice mix you make yourself (oregano, cumin, coriander, smoked chipotle, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder) cook it all together, then add a can of chopped tomatoes and let it simmer, at the very end add some garlic
in the meantime you either get 450g frozen cauliflower rice, or you freeze some yourself and rough foodprocess it, until rice sized, cook it on salty water until it has the texture of rice, salt and pepper at the end by taste
      chop some tomatoes
      chop some cilantro
      chop some lime
      chop half an onio
      put all this on top
mix sourcream with chipotle hot sauce and drizzle on top
      thats all

        how is that 1200 calories

        That's about 1800 calories.

          Anonymous

          not really
the cauliflower was only 100 calories
          the ground beef was 1000
          no additional oil was used
sprinkled onion, tomatoes and cilantro are like 20 calories
the sourcream on top is basically just decoration
all the chopped tomato used is around 70 calories in the dish
no idea where you got that moronic 1800 number from

That beef is 1300 on its own.

              >IST in charge of counting calories
its 20% ground beef, it has 250 calories per 100g and its 400g of beef
              thats 1000
              the whole dish was 1200
is this your first time counting calories?

That much sodium citrate in cheese would kill the average eurocuck though.
