Ribs were still kind of tough even after a 3-hr braise in hard cider. Might toss it into the crockpot next time.

This is the one I used:
        https://www.recipetineats.com/oven-baked-barbecue-pork-ribs/
I followed it to the letter except the cooking part, where I lowered the temp to 250 and did it for 3 hrs.
Depending on how tender you like your ribs I might switch it up by putting the sauce and ribs in a slow cooker on low for 6-7 hrs, then crisping it in the oven.

    Anon asking the hard questions
It's a toss between 1 scoop ON protein 2 cups milk or 1 serving greek yogurt, the protein is more calories than I need since I'm cutting but just enough protein on the other hand the yogurt is low calories but a bit short on the protein.

I’ll probably just eat this, my post workout shake (300 calories) and sleep until tomorrow. Trying to lose weight so from a CICO standpoint it’s good. But all honesty it’s all processed crap. I’ll do better tomorrow.

I made odjakhuri and you can, too.

    Ingredients:
    1 kg pork neck
    6 medium potatoes
    3 onions
    3 cloves of garlic
    1 red bell pepper
    2 hot peppers
    500g tomato paste
    spices
    yoghurt
    cilantro

    1. Chop the pork neck into small pieces and fry it. No oil. Neck is quite fat, most of that fat will melt and be your base for the dish.
    2. Add the chopped potatoes and fry them with meat.
    3. When the potatoes are golden, throw in chopped onions, bell peppers, the hot peppers, and the crushed garlic.
    4. Add the spices. Georgian svanetian salt and adjika if you can get these. If not, then add a lot of black pepper, herbs de Provence, lovage etc.
    5. Throw in the tomato paste and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
    6. Serve with a dollop of high-protein yoghurt and freshly chopped cilantro.

    You'll love it.

Bro, life is too short to eat mediocre food. I waste enough time eating, I want to enjoy it. I don't mean larding it up or anything, but taking a little extra time can make it actually pleasant.

Last night made "hibachi bowls" that my pregnant wife was craving and then watched a Miyazaki movie. The bowls are basically seared chicken with zucchini and mushrooms all cooked down together and tossed over brown rice. Add some homemade yum yum sauce (no corn syrup and basedbean oil goyslop) and had a bit of sake for myself.
