MGTOW is pretty anti-Catholic. Going one's "own way" is not following the way of Christ. Engaging with people is an essential part of loving them. Making sweeping generalizations about the hearts of others is immediately contrary to one of the most fundamental parts of scripture (Matthew 7, John 7 & 8, Luke 6, James 4, Romans 14, Ephesians 4, etc) and to the Church's mission of evangelization and catechesis.
