    Literally eat no complex carbohydrates. No cookies. No cake. No bread No tortillas. If it comes from a grain and is not rice, then don't eat it. Literally all there is to it. Fat comes from bread. Simple as. Just don't eat bread and skip meals.

      The idea that abs can be achieved solely by cutting is moronic. You need to do ab isolations if you want defined abs, they're muscles just like everything else. You wouldn't skip bench pressing and expect to have a defined chest when you cut.

      dont listen to these morons telling you to not eat, you have the noobie gains and the quickest and most effective way to take advantage of them is by doing SS (starting strength) and GOMAD (drink galon of milk a day on top of everything you eat) This is what every non obese beginner should follow for the first 6 months on their journey of becoming IST.       He's on the start-up visa -> business manager visa. Basically, it allows you to move to Japan to start up a business. The requirements to extend that into permanent residency are fairly lax, and require you to either have two full-time employees (i.e. create two permanent jobs in Japan) or to show a certain amount of revenue and expenses. I think it's something like 5 million yen (~40,000 USD).

      I don't think he's a permanent resident yet, but if he hangs out for a few years and is granted an extension, he should be able to apply for permanent residency and eventually citizenship if he so desires.
