What's on your fitness bucket list?
for me it's:
>do 50 dips at once
>do 20 pullups at once
>get a jaw-dropping mire at the gym
>row a sub 7 minute 2k
>finish a triathlon

what are your lifts?
305kg deadlift 180kg bench at 93kg.
current records are 325 and 205.
Frickin hell, Fair play. Can you give me tips on increasing bench? I'm stuck at 120x4
depends on what part you're stuck at, most people frick up at the horizontal point where the triceps and front delt start to become more important, just chest alone doesn't allow you to be good at benching.
typo in first post bothered me.
I get stuck at either the bottom or middle, Depends on the day. What would your chest workouts look like?
people usually fail at the bottom if their chest is weak and at the horizontal point if their shoulders are, triceps matter for locking out and at high level so they're probably not an issue right now.
I do a combination of high weight low reps and high reps low weight, always for too many sets because I handle volume extremely well which is probably the reason I got to this point, there's some complimentary lifts I do like floor press that help because they allow you to largely build the same muscles without tearing your rotator cuffs to shreds (which almost everyone at this level does at some point)
I'm half a plate removed from the national record for the deadlift and bench for my weight class, so that.
I struggle to even add microplates to my lifts unless I'm bulking so I might not make it.

Lift a 300lbs rock over my head

"Bucket list" wouldn't be accurate for these since surely I can get them with enough persistence, but general reasonable goals
>225x5 bench (currently my 1rm, not benching rn tho, aggravates my left forearm)
>315x5 squat (can do 295x2 ATM, doing 265x5 as my work set rn)
>20 min 5k (my best was <22 mins but that was a while ago, this is on hold, stairmastering for cardio rn)
>100x5 DB bench (95x4 is my best)
>100x10ish DB row (grip strength is the limiting factor, I can just barely get 90x12 before it slips out of my hand)
>+90x8 weighted dips (+45x13 is my high score but only started these recently)
>+45x10 weighted chins (+35x7 on Tuesday, these are also new for me)
>acquire a visible pair of triceps (I suck ass at tricep isos)
