    I think it's mostly exercise. You can tell the difference from just walking 10k steps a day
    Usually it's only my 2-3 shots that fly far but after walking 10k steps I shoot proper up to my 6th shot. In general your entire body depends on you moving it constantly so you need lots of cardio all the time or just walking long distance.
