What's the best exercise I can do to broaden my shoulders as much and as quickly as possible?

What's the best exercise I can do to broaden my shoulders as much and as quickly as possible?
I have having narrow shoulders so god damn much, makes my hips look wide.
I know that they can only grow so much and are limited by genetics, but holy fuck I need to at least do SOMETHING to try and fix it

    U dumb?! Just do lateral raises for wider shoulders. Its that simple. Also do pull ups so u get a wide back.

    Lateral raises and upright rows are my go-tos. In my experience lateral delts recover quickly so I can train them like 3 times a week.

    Although also keep in mind that delts are one those muscles that seem have an extra strong response to gear, so natty shoulders are never going to look as good as fraud shoulders. So you're probably never going to look like your favorite influencers.

    Seated dumbbell OHPs.
    Pull Ups & Dips.
    Lateral raises.
    Literally all you need.

    Replace whatever you do as cardio with swimming.
    You are probably too late tho.. If you have practiced swimming while growing up you'd have natural broad shoulders

      Idk if works for everybody, I spent 10 years of my youth in a swimming pool and I had to lift to have good shoulders

        if you want to "broaden your shoulders" you work out your shoulders AND chest/back.
        for chest i recommend bench (flat/incline bb/db) for back rows (bb and db!) and for delts lateral raises like the others already said.
        most importantly, if you want to gain mass you NEED TO EAT MORE. lifting alone without "proper" nutrition is a waste of time imo. also feel free to try different excercises, just because i some excercises work for me does not mean that you will like them as well.

    you have to SMASH your lateral delts, I made the mistake of half assing them and not doing them often enough. Do 6 sets 3 times a week, NOT including smashing your upper back (which you should do up to 25 - 30 sets a week for) and lats (20 sets a week). You need to strengthen your upper back as it will (1) improve posture that will make you look wider and (2) will make your rear delt bigger which will make you look wider from the FRONT via an illusion.

    Main Exercises:
    1. Seated dumbell lateral raises: sit down so that you don't cheat, control the negative, move the weight to parallel height
    2. Chinese lateral raises: not sure what to call them, just type in youtube Chinese weightlifter lateral raises, lower the weight, go full ROM, high reps, control the negative
    3. Cable egyptian lateral raises: Jeff Nippard has a good video on these

    Remember, do a TON of rows, stop doing that retarded barbell row meme shit, do chest supported rows, machine rows, seal rows, cable rows, get that weighted stretch at the bottom and squeeze at the top.

      Bro I genuinely don't think my body is meant for barbell rows. I just can't get any ROM out of it, no matter how far forward I bend over.

        I can only get the best rom on it with very light weight, but my arms have always been really flexible even before lifting.
        Ive seen videos of people able to do rows up to eye level with heavy weight and I just dont understand how
