Eh it happens, we all have off days and accumulated fatigue can do this as well. The it doesnt matter if you improve session to session if youre improving month to month.
Pull-ups are good but power cleans feel the best imo. The full body involvement feels amazing and there's some primal satisfaction in taking something heavy from the ground and lifting it up to shoulder level.
Haven't tried this, may start but I'm a bit scared. Feel the same way about pullups, being able to pull your whole body up just feels fricking epic. Feel like a beast. I do a mini LARP in my head where I'm on the edge of a cliff pulling myself up.
Clean and press is also great but just the clean is slightly more fun to me because you can do more weight.
Not saying that makes it a better exercise, just more fun to lift a bigger number
I love to just hang from the bar and throw myself around on it
Weighted pullup
sprinting over a field of grass
Even better if the grass is soft and dewy in the morning.
But ur feet get wet
Funny way of saying dips, but godspeed anon, it's good to enjoy things
I like doing dips but I get this weird sharp pain in my wrists and palms where it feels like all of my weight is coming down on them. Is that normal?
weighted are better. once you're going above like 10 even it starts sucking and just turning endurance
im more into neutral grip pull ups
I'm 120kg bw and can do 15 reps so far or 10x3, but what i really want to do is do a single arm hang, my grip is just garbage.
Anybody else get intimidated by pull ups even after doing them for over a year?
Nope they're fun, what intimidates you?
Never know if I'm gonna manage less reps than the previous workout
Just keep it up and you'll make it. I believe in you. best wishes anon

Clean and press*
Taking it overhead is the last step before ascension
If you aren’t doing it then you better start

>What's the best feeling exercise and why is it bodyweight pullups?
almost as fun as pushups/pullups supersetted
>What's the best feeling exercise and why is it bodyweight pullups?
That a funny way of writing "pistol squats" but sure 😉
