      I shifted my protein shake to a mid-day meal and saw no negative results on my gains. that 30 minute gayry had me for a solid 3 years. fuck the fitness industry

    Premier in vanilla makes for an awesome protien pudding, add some gelatin, sweetener and an egg and a little almond milk and let it set to pannacotta consistency in the fridge then have it with zero cal chocolate sauce
