Twomad cardio is GAY the best way is to just track calories, make sure you're getting enough vitamins and protein (just take supplements if you're a lazy piece of shit like me). If not you can also do light(er) weight high rep sets as they're more like cardio anyway and you might get a bit of muscle growth out of it. At the very least it will get blood pumping to your muscles which is great for things like warming up/warming down and good practice for recovery. Sors: lost over 150 pounds

By doing weights but at very very high reps and doing them quickly. You feel like you are lifting weights but you are actually doing cardio.

I do rowing for my cardio, I usually smoke a small bowl before starting, and watch a show while I row. I don't smoke enough to get "high", just enough to take my mind off how much I hate cardio, and laugh at whatever I'm watching.

They make a lot of seat pads, but the c2 seats do in fact suck

On the erg, go to Menu -> Utilities-> Drag Factor and make sure it’s between 115 and 130, which will be between a 3 and 5 on the damper most likely
Always use Menu -> Select Workout -> New Workout
During workout, press the Display button until the force curve graph appears. When you’re rowing, that force curve should look like a bell curve
Learning form is all on you, best cue I ever learned was accelerating my hips backwards (practice this without your feet strapped in)
