    Currently 6'0"/180lbs after a 15lb cut.
    I'd consider going up to 195lbs (lean) eventually, but that'd be my max. I'm natty, not a fan of the facial fat that I pack on when going above 185lbs. Blessed with high cheekbones and a strong jaw, it's a shame to obscure those features under a bloated face, in my experience at least. I'm still out on the dating scene and feel the need to play to my strengths.

          Start small bro. Just a few days per week for like 30 minutes is fine to get started. Some pushups, chinups, and lunges even would be acceptable. Once you lock into the routine of lifting and you start getting that cortisol drop relaxation afterward a few months in it becomes easy to keep going. Maybe even the endorphins will kick in and you'll feel a desire to lift more often. Just gotta get yourself started.

    As big as I can without getting fat (i.e. visible abs). Since I'm already old and have a fairly demanding job, those are pretty limiting factors, unless I ever become single again and make lifting a bigger priority, but even then I'll never become 'too' big for anyone – that's pretty much impossible these days with most male physiques in mainstream media being carried by roids.
