>how was it made
>quality of ingredients
pizza is unhealthy because it's made with shitty oils and lots of low quality ingredients
same with kebabs from restaurants
If it has seed oils, it's junk food. Really that simple.
Have you ever ordered a pizza without cheese before?
I have and it was literally just a giant piece of bread with a few tiny pieces of vegetables
Had a gf that wouldn't eat cheese. Every time we got pizza (Basically every week) I had to order a second one without cheese. It was absolute shit. What a waste of money.
Did she even enjoyed it? Why not eat something else instead?
Why she didn't eat cheese? Did it made her brap?
>Did she even enjoyed it?
women don't enjoy anything except being evil
I'll do you one better. Both of my girlfriends liked... pineapple pizza. One of them also liked banana pizza.
Kebab is ok if you take it without sauces
just make your own "junk food" healthy version lazy fricks.
and if you work a job and are still lazy af just make it on weekend and freeze it.
Junk food isn't a real food category.
Yes it is. It's the base of the food pyramid.
Food pyramid isn't real.
Whatever has fat, oil or sugar is junk.
>maccas
shit
>pizza
shit but better than maccas
if you want a burger get one from a place that uses actual beef and fresh ingredients like onions, lettuce, tomato, cucumber etc
>kebabs
kebabs are based, the best type of fast food to get
don't give your money to big fast food corpos, give it to your local friendly kebab man
>for you I put in extra
listen
there is no healthy or junk food
there are calories in, calories out and protein intake
do with this information what you must
500 calories of pure sugar is the same as 500 calories of meat and veg.
>being this moronic
Pizza is fine if they're using olive oil. I wouldn't trust any chain pizza places; just go local only. Gyros/kebabs/greek or halal lamb meat is fine, but go easy on the white sauce since it's literally just mayonnaise eith extra canola oil and some spices, it's awful. Greek food places and the nicer turkish places are more likely to give you actual tzaziki sauce which is just yogurt and sliced cucumber pieces
