well it just seems strange your body can barely function if it doesn't go dormant every 16 hours or so. You spend 30% of your entire life just sleeping, I find that crazy...
Might add, even after these 24 hours (which I also had when I had to write stuff for the uni), I feel like in a crazed state. Heat on the forehead, dryness and different vision/perception.
Once I woke up late on New Year's eve, then I tried to stay up for as long as I possibly could just to be able to say I "haven't slept since last year hehe", I was awake for like 3,5 days before I fell asleep while sitting up, and then I slept for like 16 hours uninterrupted.
Weirdly I didn't really feel tired, drained, or have headaches, but it was probably mainly because I was like 17 or 18 at the time.
2 days and I swear I saw things materializing before me. Being sleep deprived is a hell of a thing (no pun intended). Saw faces in windows and people walking in my home.
4 days during the final judging week for our country's special operations regiment
Sleep deprivation, food deprivation are really what gets to you
Literally the only instance in life when i thought i was actually going to die from exhaustion
6 days, i dated a girl with 3 Adderall scripts like 11 years ago. Stuff gets weird end of day 3, day 4 the pictures on the wall are moving like little tvs, everything after that is pure madness.
Dont.
3 days
went to a friends house on a Friday night in 2010, snorted a bunch of coke, then bombed a lot of speed and we had 4 PC's setup on LAN in his dining room where we all played CS 1.6 5v5 matches through quakenet and chained smoked until we crashed on the 3rd day and went home. Could still hear all the sound effects from the game while laying in bed trying to sleep
im more of a chronic sleep deprived person. yesterday i started dreaming when awake/had my eyes open. only lasted for 10 minutes or whatever but its like i was sleeping but not actually.
2 days. At that point I felt like a drunk retard talking to people. Like I have to actively watch my tongue to dont dad something weird or awkward. My inhibition was low as if I was drunk or on drugs
3 days
Voices start speaking to you but you don't actually feel that tired or sleepy.
Was also convinced that I'm a robot living out a set program but I always feel like that.
about two and a half days. Last couple hours were a fugue state that put me to bed at some point, but no sure when. College Crunch was something I do not miss in life.
Three days. 73 hours, to be exact. I sat outside and chainsmoked for most of that time. I wasn't living a healthy life back then. Also, it is true that you begin to hallucinate by that point, in case you ever wondered.
7 days no food no sleep high on speed partying all the way from 24th Christmas night to new years
had crazy cramps after waking up on 1st at night after sleeping almost 18 hours and had to go to hospital for a few hours because of stomach cramps
2 days and a some hours over the course of vacation with friends
After a certain breaking point you stop feeling tired and then you go on as normal until you feel your muscles going frenzy and weird shit happening at every corner of the eyes without noticing it
5 days on a coke and alcohol bender. I was fucking completely gone by the end of it. Thought my apartment was bugged and started ripping shit apart before passing out a few hours later
4 days.
Damn, didn't think I'd be beat. Just under 4 for me
probably less than 24h tbqh famalam
Same, I have never gone 24 hours without sleeping. God is good.
almost 3 days
pretty sure it was calcium deficiency or something because my legs kept shaking in bed and insomnia is also one of the symptoms
it was terrifying because I didn't know what caused it at first
You watching the Panthers and Canes too?
No, just wired going on day 3 if I can't sleep tonight lmao
just go to sleep bro, like close your eyes
This is the goal...
Had to drive home on 3 days nosleep once and idk how I didn't die because the shadows kept turning into people but it was just shadows... crazy shit
my kitties
Hoserpilled
56 Hours. Won't recommend it though.
48 hours
maybe 36 hours?
When you think about sleep in an abstract way its such a strange thing that we need it so often.
What's an abstract way to think about sleep, anon? Sleep is a concrete concept.

>he doesn't explore the uncharted realms of his unconscious mind every night
lmao dreamlet
Nope, dreams are one of the best parts of existence, I have a 16,000 word document with some of the more bizarre ones written...
probably, I was more thinking if I'm an alien or something who doesn't sleep, then what is sleep. I suppose that is a concrete observation.
I should start journaling my dreams but my memory always self destructs really fast after I'm awake
Yeah, I get that, but it sounds like you're nevertheless thinking of sleep concretely, not abstractly. I'm just being pedantic.
Around 2 days. Had two night shifts back to back.
3 days, vivid auditory and visual hallucinations it’s a horrible feeling.
On day 3 I start either getting extreme mindfog or daydreaming (also usually nightmares) so 3 days seem like max for me.
like 3 days, probably, I can't do that anymore, though. Going even 24-48 hours is getting harder every year
More than 24 hours., maybe 36. On drugs, would not recommend. It only fucks you up. Would not do 3 days bullshit.

Best one yet sounds like that was a great time, anon.

almost four
I would have gone longer but I was just seeing if I could and the fucking hallucinations were annoying as shit
2.5 days
Didn't go to a single class my last semester of college and had to learn everything
Three days. 73 hours, to be exact. I sat outside and chainsmoked for most of that time. I wasn't living a healthy life back then. Also, it is true that you begin to hallucinate by that point, in case you ever wondered.
Around 22 hours I think
bout 2.5 days, in the military
around the 48 hour mark I started seeing legit visual hallucinations and hearing voices that weren't there
same, I remember during the Forge I mistook a bush for an actual human being and started talking to it
almost 3days bcs drugs + alcohol when still in highschool (17 yo). brainfog, food taste like shit, everything feeels like shit not worth it at all
5 days
Around 40 hours
7 days no food no sleep high on speed partying all the way from 24th Christmas night to new years
had crazy cramps after waking up on 1st at night after sleeping almost 18 hours and had to go to hospital for a few hours because of stomach cramps
104 hours.
Maybe like 24-30h years back. Can't really remember anything except being extremely tired and having light hallucinations in the corner of my eyes
Not enough appreciate the Legend, the Boss, The Guy Who Fucks, Aimo Koivunen.
2 days and a some hours over the course of vacation with friends

Alcohol withdrawal has allowed me to peer into the depths of hell
Iktfb
Man, it really was the worst. Its all bad, but for me its the Fear.
>No one's commented on the pic yet
Iirc that guy used his entire squads worth of D-IX and was awake for days afterwards
I did.
36-40 hours, it sucks.
>That phonetic spelling on the filename
Actual poggers t: finn
5 days on a coke and alcohol bender. I was fucking completely gone by the end of it. Thought my apartment was bugged and started ripping shit apart before passing out a few hours later
like 40hr ( no sleep 1 night, early bed next day)
2 days. Felt weird and driving was sketchy
I did 72 hours during my sophomore midterms with like a 30 minute crash at some point
About 2 and something days.
It was fucking brutal and I'm not scared to admit it, call me a fag all you want
