What's the most?

What's the most IST cut of steak? I've been eating eye fillet every day (OMAD carnivore) but welcome to be converted to another cut if it's more optimal.

Idk about nutrition but ribeye is objectively the best cut of meat off of a steak and it is not not close.

Yeah, eye of round is super op if you're trying to have a lot of steak in your diet. It's like the chicken of steak.

But frankly lamb > beef, frick you I'm right

I've had good lamb before for sure but a really high quality steak is in a league of its own.

I think you're right. Your average lamb will always be better than your average beef steak, but a top tier beef will shit on any lamb

Does the hole at the center go all the way through? And how deep/expensive is this cut of beef? I was thinking that you could warm one of these up in the oven or microwave and use it like a fleshlight. It'd probably have an even more realistic feeling because it's real meat and not rubber or whatever. Has anyone tried this?

Tried it a few years ago. Best thing i've ever fricked, but pretty expensive since you only really get one go at it. Worth a try imo.

Did it hold in the fridge after using it? Using it only once seems like a waste of beef and a disrespect to the animal in my opinion. I'd want to get at least a week's worth of use from it if I tried it.
