He’s right though. Lettuce should in no way be a part of your salads.

Sure but it’s still not as nutritious as kale or spinach.

Then you fell for memes, my original point.

Dressed up salads are for women pretending to be healthy.

Theyre only memes if they trojan horse in a fuckton (any amount) of refined sugar
I gargle and swish ginger tea to keep my mouth clean and teeth white and strong, then swallow for digestive health, clean out the taste with peppermint, and drink chamomile whenever im just feeling like drinking something other than water, ginger, or peppermint

whatever I make on the night. If you have good olive oil, a selection of vinegars, lemons, mustard, basic herbs and Hispanices you can do a lot

Smetana, all sauces based on it (incl. dzadziki, for example), smetana + mustard is godlike too

    1 cup greek yogurt
    1/2 cup mayo
    1/2 sour cream
    1 whole bushel of cilantro
    3 garlic cloves
    1 cap of white vinegar
    1Tbsp of Lime juice
1 bunch of chopped green onion
    1 bunch of chopped chive
    salt and pepper to taste

BLEND ALL THAT SHIT UNTIL ITS ONE UNIFORM LIQUID

i use this sauce for everything. Toss it on a huge bowl of chicken and broccoli and call it a day

Why bother chopping anything if you’re blending it all?

        Anonymous

so it blends easier. chives and green onion are kinda these elongated strings and the outer rinds/skin can be hard to break down. you dont want creamy sauce then some random chunk of green onion skin

          >he doesn’t have a vitamix
I would blend the herbs, liquid, and garlic together then fold that into the rest. You’re getting chunks because you’re trying to blend it all together
