I gargle and swish ginger tea to keep my mouth clean and teeth white and strong, then swallow for digestive health, clean out the taste with peppermint, and drink chamomile whenever im just feeling like drinking something other than water, ginger, or peppermint
1 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 sour cream
1 whole bushel of cilantro
3 garlic cloves
1 cap of white vinegar
1Tbsp of Lime juice
1 bunch of chopped green onion
1 bunch of chopped chive
salt and pepper to taste
BLEND ALL THAT SHIT UNTIL ITS ONE UNIFORM LIQUID
i use this sauce for everything. Toss it on a huge bowl of chicken and broccoli and call it a day
so it blends easier. chives and green onion are kinda these elongated strings and the outer rinds/skin can be hard to break down. you dont want creamy sauce then some random chunk of green onion skin
