You can help your body produce it naturally by supplementing tryptophan

I take a benzo and a melatonin on planes so I just teleport through the flight and arrive feeling great. I only do it when I fly and don't take them ever otherwise so that it stays effective and because chronic benzo usage is real bad.
Anyway the point is if you're not flying with benzos you're fricking up.

Anyway to get prescribed bars if you don’t have anxiety? The only dude I know who is prescribed xans refuses to sell, and 110% of street bars are fent.

Also, have you noticed any cravings outside of flying? I have an addictive personality so I am careful with drugs

Looks good but prescription only. I can get the other stuff easy from clear web doctor sites and get xanax from the dark web once a year. I'll check it out next time thanks

Oh, hm, I know NOW sells something called GABA. I thought it was Gabapentin, guess not.

I don't get Xanax, I just get diazepam. I just told a doctor "It helps me relax when flying and I only need like 5/year and it's clearly beneficial to my health because it fixes my sleep when traveling". And he said "ok, sure".
            > Also, have you noticed any cravings outside of flying?
I'm really "afraid" of benzos because I LOVE the way they make me feel (I'm incredibly anxious and high strung) and they are absolutely terrible for you if taken chronically. So I literally simply do not allow myself to take them if I'm not on an airplane. If you can't be disciplined like that then you better not.

Probably the only decent answer. Also since none of you actually exercise on this board it's no wonder there's no mention of actually exerting yourself to the point at which one is tired/sleepy. Get a kindle and do some reading to relax your eyes as well. Fiction before bed is good because it's easy reading and you can shut your mind off while doing it. Also anecdotally taking a warm shower right before bed as a final nail in the good sleep coffin.

I don't like how melatonin makes me feel. Antihistamines are even worse. Alcohol keeps me up. That leaves weed, nicotine, and nothing. Latter doesn't work
