        You can still do bench squat deadlift and ohp at PF, you just do it cucked by a smith machine. PF is $10 a month so maybe the poor lad is broke.

    Saw this guy who was obviously brand new walk in and had no idea what was going on. Full on dyel. His friend had him open the day with deadlifts. He was maybe 180 but pulled 4 pl8 for a triple. 8 months later he was pulling 6.5 pl8 for sets of 5. Kid was a monster

    There was a savage little Wolverine looking dude at my old gym, he was around 5'7" and in his late 30s or early 40s and deadlifted ~500lbs. He was jacked as fuck and 100% not natty.

    Dude walks in the gym, never seen him before. Loads up the squat rack with about 300kg (660lb) and just goes at it no warm up.

    Unloads after a few sets and walks away like nothing happened.

    Seen a couple big guys benching 3pl8

    Seen a kid squat most days for almost 3 weeks, almost got up to 3pl8 squat but stopped coming to the gym midweek. I think he got injured, but the attempt was impressive.

    Saw someone clean almost 3 plates? I don't know if that's impressive because I've never seen anyone else clean and I can't get in a front rack to find out

        3pl8 bench press is pretty rare for naturals, and most guys in my university gym or small town gym are natural. The two that I've seen do it clearly aren't though.

        A 3pl8 squat or deadlift isn't impressive unless you're a woman.

        Easily repping 3 plates at 18 years old is impressive, yes. I have benched 3pl8 myself but I wasn’t doing it for reps at 18. If you could do that at 18, then good for you, but I sort of doubt it

        I bench 3.5 plates for reps, and every time I do normies stare, even on vacation in different gyms. All the powerlifters in my country though compete in “teams” generally and won’t be training at a commercial gym. I haven’t seen anyone else bench three plates or
        more in different commercial gyms in over a year…
