14lbs on a IF/super low cal diet. Did that twice and was happy enough with my fat loss.
Not fun at all. Had negative libido, low energy, irritable, etc.
I became an alcoholic out of nowhere just for the hell of it for a month and I passively lost 15kg by eating less and drinking more. Of course, I drank lots of water and took multivitamins.
Don't know, but I'm currently 211 at 5'10"ish and I'm gonna try to be 170 by May.
If I've got it figured right, that's 41lbs in 59 days.
Already lost 4lbs last week so here goes
7 kilos. i grinded hard on the cardio machines at the gym. it was a fucking miracle because the cuban assistants we had at home kept cooking fucking fat and carbs left and right. the food was just gross
I've lost 10kg in a month on 2 separate occasions.
I was not giga-fat either (~90kg starting point at a height of 186cm) but a good 2-3kg were just water/bloat which went away in the first few days of starting
I got to my heaviest at 78kg due to drinking a mass gainer shake with a big spoon of peanut butter every day alongside 3-4 meals a day. I think that shake had like 50g of sugar but once I stopped I lost it 6-7kg within 2 weeks
When I was at 352 at a height of 6'4" I dropped about 25lbs in a month. Slowed down from there obviously. Cutting down to 198, at 215 right now after about two years.
>I guess this is my body's way of protesting the change once I learned to manage the food/hunger cravings.
This is what I thought too when I started getting palpitations and panic attacks. Body throwing a temper tantrum at not getting the sodium/glucose rich goyslop it was used to all these years.
how much deficit?
i am a beginner who bulked too much, so i have been on -500 deficit to limit muscle loss. Should I just go fuckit mode and do a bigger deficit to lose fat and muscle as quick as possible, then regain the muscle when I reach my goal bodyfat?
>I dropped about 25lbs in a month. Slowed down from there obviously.
Same here. I lost 30 lb in a month back in 2017. I was at 270 lbs and 6'0" and most of what I lost I assume was water weight until I was at 235ish and I plateaued for a while. The rest burned off more slowly after that and I got to 190 after a year.
19kg when I had reached the rock bottom and decided that I needed to take drastic measures if I wanted to stop being whale and become a human once more
i lost 30 lbs from jan 1st to feb 1st. it was pretty intense cut with 10k steps per day but I had 60-70 to lose so that probably had a lot to do with it
Hit a major depression some years back.
Had no desire to eat.
Lived off of alcohol, sleeping pills, and podcasts and lost 20 pounds in two weeks.
When I started eating again I regained forty pounds though.
34lbs fat lost in 4 weeks (had a DEXA scan shortly before and after). I ran PSMF because I didn't want to cut for too long and my previous bulk got way out of hand. It was 4 weeks of misery though
When I fixed my diet, I lost about 8 or so kg of waterweight over the following month.
The first three months were a huge difference, every subsequent month was fueled by the progress of that period.
Damn she didn't have much goin' for her underneath all that fat after all.
She's got a pretty bad build. Unless she's wearing one of those deceitful tight pants and she's still overweight and could stand to lose like 40 more pounds.
It's a scam to get people to buy the "product" she mentions. It is physically impossible to lose that much weight in one month, especially when she says "I can eat whatever I want and don't have to go to the gym".
Imagine having to lose weight.
I first had to do that in 6th grade and never had to again.
>Imagine having to lose weight
>I had to lose weight

See a doctor man, you contridicted yourself in the 1st person. You may have skitzophrenia.

Are you fasting
7 kilos. i grinded hard on the cardio machines at the gym. it was a fucking miracle because the cuban assistants we had at home kept cooking fucking fat and carbs left and right. the food was just gross
12 kilos. I ate eggs and beef and walked every day
I lost around 4 kg last month, not my best, but the most recent
I've lost 10kg in a month on 2 separate occasions.

6kg/month. 6'2 at 1500 kcals a day. Do not recommend when you're a more advanced lifter. Lost 18kg/3 months though which was nice.
60-ish pounds. It was only 3 weeks, but yeah, 60 lbs
Did you have cancer or aids?
did you get both your legs amputated or something?
When I was at 352 at a height of 6'4" I dropped about 25lbs in a month. Slowed down from there obviously. Cutting down to 198, at 215 right now after about two years.
Lost 35 lbs in 4 months because I was obese and wanted to get fit before reaching my 30s.
3/10, I look MUCH better now but losing the weight so fast gave me a myriad of health issues. Plus I'm having it fucking cold all the time now.
Did you lose hair? What health issues that’s really not that much to lose at obese levels
I went from 225 to 187 lbs to be precise.
Hair loss is hard for me to tell since I already started balding a decade ago.
My health issues are mostly related to low blood sugar issues: Very cold hands & feet, heart palpitations, feeling lethargic, etc.
Discussed it with my GP and he ruled out any blood circulation or heart issues.
I have those same issues, I went from 270 to my current 168. Waiting on blood results from my doc as we speak.
Good luck anon, I started my weight loss journey around that weight as well.
I guess this is my body's way of protesting the change once I learned to manage the food/hunger cravings.
I rarely ate below 1500 calories and didn't fast, but it can still be a bumpy road regardless.
>I guess this is my body's way of protesting the change once I learned to manage the food/hunger cravings.

6.7kg (14.7lb)

I just eat 500 calories less, walk +20k steps a day and follow my own upper/lower routine
20 lbs in one week due to fasting and limited my water intake to small sips.

I lost 10 kilos walking 900 kilometers along the Camino de Santiago.

30lbs in 12 months.
10 pints and 0.5g coke a day diet
Hit a major depression some years back.
Had no desire to eat.
Lived off of alcohol, sleeping pills, and podcasts and lost 20 pounds in two weeks.
When I started eating again I regained forty pounds though.
Get depression again, fatty
34lbs fat lost in 4 weeks (had a DEXA scan shortly before and after). I ran PSMF because I didn't want to cut for too long and my previous bulk got way out of hand. It was 4 weeks of misery though
My dad once lost almost 30 lbs in a month
He had malaria
When I fixed my diet, I lost about 8 or so kg of waterweight over the following month.
The first three months were a huge difference, every subsequent month was fueled by the progress of that period.
I think this month I lost like 6kg but that was after taking a break from dieting in December/January
