                Nice projection. Im 73kg myself and I bench 155kg in -74kg competition and I have multiple medals from nationals. So I in fact do consider myself strong, not weak and some what of an authority on the topic. I guess Im just wrong then. I have lifted for 12 years and never witnessed anything like this. I must say that I am completely taken away that someone with your physique and weight could have done that. Not necessarily the weight alone as I know myself and others in my weight class that can pull pretty serious weight but you just dont look like someone that could have done it. You looked like you have loose skin at 73kg with very tiny chest.

                You should probably look into getting into powerlifting in 74kg weight class.

      I was gonna say 50kg seems like the max for most people to do 8+. If we're talking 1 rep PRs, it's definitely higher. But what's the point of a 1 rep PR?

    I can do 3x8 with 30kg dbs @ 71kg bw so I'd say you can easily double that if you're big.

      My weight's slightly less and I've done 30kg for 3x12 but the dumbbells get hard to setup, which is the limiting factor for me. If you had spotters or a rack and didn't have to snatch them off the floor, more is definitely possible.

        yeah that's my problem already at 30kg, what I do is place them on the floor in front of the bench, crouch down, grab them on each of my side as if you were doing a carry, then move them in front and lean on my thigh while I sit down, then I sort of slingshot them in the air by leaning back and kicking them up with my legs but that's still shitty, it would be so much easier to do so many things @ gym with a workout partner

    I barbell flat bench 220lbs on average 8-10 times
    I incline db bench 2x60lbs with full rom 7-10 times. With only taking the upper arm parallel to floor 16-18 times.
