Because then your left with hardly any meat at all. So you have to spend more money anyway. If you're that worried about it tho. Just eat chicken breast and spinach for vitamins that red meat provides that chicken doesnt.

On Monday anon went to the store to buy 500 gram meat. 10% of that meat does not have protein in it.

On Friday anon went to buy 500 gram meat. 20% of it does not have protein in it.

On what day did anon have the meat with the most protein in it?

Fat and oil are the most calorie dense things you can eat, so yes it will make you fat.

When it comes to ground beef I cannot recommend a Grinder enough

I mostly throw in a pound of chuck and you have a really decent fat blend already. Tastes way better, is grounded our way better than the gross strings, and you know exactly where the food is coming from.

It’s also how I learned to eat kidneys and liver since id just grind that up with the normal meat

If you're not hunting for your food you're not really eating real meat either way so I don't see the issue.

I just look at what food is displayed on the packaging and buy the corresponding fat percentage. Taco, burgers, Italian meatballs, etc.

Because most people don't want to deal with it.

Theres still going to be a higher amount of fat in there than otherwise, but you're right, it isn't whats listed and you can render a fair bit of fat out

It tastes worse. I thought if I bought fatty meat it would be good right? Fat is flavor? But it wasn't. It was bad
