<60g of carbohydrates a day. not that that's weird in of itself, but i was broke so the shit i had to eat to maintain that (4000kcal a day at that point) is the trick. in the end i was eating chinese peanut butter and adding dripping to everything and it was fucking disgusting.

I did 30BaD for about 6 months. Shed tons of weight but it wasn't sustainable. Now just a normal vegan.
