    Breakfast: cereal and milk
    Lunch: 1 sushi roll
    Dinner: ramen noodles cooked in beer with eggs, frozen vegetables, chicken and siracha

    Repeat every day for 3 years, except on Holidays

    For 4 months, I have been living off black coffee/black tea, sardines, oysters/mussels, lots of water, a multivitamin, and my prescription methylphenidate. I have lost 15kg, but I have never felt so terrible in my life. I won't stop until I am 75kg at 177cm. 4 months ago, I was 103kg.

    I did 30BaD for about 6 months. Shed tons of weight but it wasn't sustainable. Now just a normal vegan.

    <60g of carbohydrates a day. not that that's weird in of itself, but i was broke so the shit i had to eat to maintain that (4000kcal a day at that point) is the trick. in the end i was eating chinese peanut butter and adding dripping to everything and it was fricking disgusting.
