OHP unironically fixed my shoulders, bench press has a way higher shoulder injury rate. I have pulled a trap a couple times with OHP though

The fact that it is fitness related is a pleasant surprise. OHP is the god king upper body lift anyways.
Completing a bodyweight OHP rep cleanly made me feel insanely strong. Doubly so when I could start repping it. My shoulders feel great
It makes my bench press feel 10x more comfortable too. I understand it's not for everyone but I love it.
