    If you make potato chips yourself, its going to be a lot healthier than the ones at the store. Also it will taste better too. But you won't be able to mimic the seasoning of other brands

        I've lived my teens not eating often. As an adult, trying to eat large portions more consistently is the hard part because im used to sparingly having meals. When trying to gain weight, it's a hard thing to get into the rhythm of eating more often. Skeletons are the opposite side of the fatasses where they believe they eat so little because they probably eat small portions, but they don't ever stop. I didn't really gain weight till I kept up the habits for a full year. After that, i fell into my habits of only really eating lunch and dinner. Basically only staying at maintenance for the most part. Being fat sucks, being stupid skinny also sucks.

    Right now I'm bulking on frosted cake and I'm evolving just fine. If you dominate CICO you can indulge in such treats without delaying your progress.
